This is the second time I have the chance to visit this hotel. And this time as always I got a really good experience. The great location, quiet nights, cozy rooms, nice view from roof top and delicious breakfast; just to mention a few things that makes me back to El encanto
El hotel es muy bueno, la ubicación es genial, ya que se encuentra caminando del centro y una calle se encuentran artesanías y restaurantes, así como unos esquites deliciosos. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias, el único detalle fue la presión del agua caliente que era muy poca, y solo nos dejaron una toalla de baño en la habitación. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, y cuenta con estacionamiento y un mirador en el cual se tiene un vista increíble de la peña, así como del pueblo. El precio es razonable a las instalaciones y se puede hacer pago con tarjeta.

Excelente vista, en buen estado, solo hace falta ventiladores.
Las habitaciones son básicas, la tv muy pequeña y no se ven bien los canales, todo está limpio y agua caliente, eso muy bien. Cuenta con estacionamiento pero si les preguntas si puedes dejar el auto un poco más te dicen que terminandose el check out, tienes que pagar estacionamiento en 50 pesos , y está bien por eso no hay problema sin embargo al tener tanta competencia deberían ser más tolerantes en ese aspecto.
This is a stunning building, with basic but comfortable rooms. They have family rooms with 3 beds, which is a bonus if you are travelling with kids. Bedding is comfortable, although there is no heating or A/C in the room. TV did not work correctly. Walking distance to most things in Bernal, including the Peña.
